By downloading or using Mudita, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Mudita mobile application, including users who install via Apple App Store or Google Play.
Mudita provides order management, customer tracking, menu building, and invoicing tools for home bakers and home food businesses. It is a productivity tool — not a payment processor, marketplace, or food delivery platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@mudita.food if you suspect unauthorised access.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory Apple App Store or Google Play terms, the applicable platform terms govern to the extent required.

All business data you enter into Mudita — your customers, orders, menus, and invoices — belongs entirely to you. We don't claim any ownership over it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle it.
The Mudita app, its design, logo, and underlying code are owned by Mudita and protected by copyright. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own home food business. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Mudita.
We work hard to keep Mudita reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Mudita is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost revenue or lost data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for Mudita in the three months prior to the claim.
You may stop using Mudita and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, your right to use the app ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as Mudita grows and evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Mudita after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
